No b*llshit Virtual Admin and Management Services based right here in the US
What is a VA? What TF do you do?
This should be an easy answer, but one of the joys/curses of the internet means it’s complicated. Generally VA stands for virtual assistant or administrator. (If you’re looking for the Dept of Veteran’s Affairs, you’re in the wrong place.)
What a VA does can vary a lot depending on who you talk to. Rough definition is going to be tasks that can be clearly defined and don’t require advanced degrees in rocket surgery. A number of the more ‘management’ style services are for tasks and projects that end up with a more vague/cloudy definition than expected with a VA.
Our Common Services Include:

- A run down small business owner who is awake more hours in the day than you’d like, and not for fun reasons
- Your inbox has thousands of unread emails (or it just has that + next to it, which is the same, but less specific with the anxiety it causes).
- Your digital presence hasn’t had an update or new post in… really? That long. HAHA, oops.
- Your processes are held together with bubble gum, string, and duct tape.
- What’s an SOP again?
- You’ve been using your plants’ grow lights as a sunlight substitute for yourself.
- Admin tasks leave you feeling dried out and drained of life, like a Mummy, no canopic jars necessary.
- You’ve been staring at IT for hours. You know the second you put IT out, everyone will see the obvious thing that’s missing, so you either start having a consistent second pair of eyes for review or you embrace the new eye twitch as a quirky character trait.
You Should Know...
You should know that we want to be your trusted sidekick to help you with these and lots of other concerns. Our goal is to be the Luigi to your Mario, Spock to your Kirk, Chewy to your Han, Patrick to your SpongeBob, Watson to your Sherlock, Robin (or Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood, Red Robin, Batwoman…maybe we’re more Alfred? Anyway…) to your Batman.
You should also know we still value DEIA. With this, many of us are a part of, and serve, a number of the neurodivergent, disabled, LGBTQIA+, and other minority communities. You don’t have to be part of any of those demographics to get great service and bang for your buck, but we always want to be transparent with where we stand and let people from those communities know that they’ve got a friend in us.
