We’re primarily going to be working remotely for you, but being able to have the face time when you need it sets us apart.

How It Works

Step 1

Discovery

A Senior Administrator will meet one-on-one with you to assess workflow and processes.  We will pinpoint where a VA can provide the most benefit and support to your business. We use this, combined with your specific long and short term goals, to create a system for our VA to follow that meshes with your workflow when completing tasks.

Step 2

VA Pairing

With the data collected during the initial Discovery Meeting, we choose one of our on-staff virtual assistants that best fits what you and your business need. From there, we schedule an introduction meeting with you, your assigned VA, and a Senior Admin.

Step 3

Training

A Senior VA takes over the tasks for the first week to create processes and put together training documents. The assigned VA is trained on your business’s specific tasks, with close communication and supervision of the Senior VA to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Step 4

Maintenance

Once the VA is consistently handling the tasks independently,  we consider them in a Maintenance Mode. We will engage in regular check ins to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, the VA is maintaining our high level of service, and assess any additional needs as your goals change and expand.
