Business Success Coach
Fadi was a growth business success coach with many moving projects and a calendar that was packed with client meetings. He had very little time to manage his team or stay on top of the many projects running on a regular basis.
We dove right in and mapped out the org chart, and general workflows of his business. We lead the weekly standup meetings and kept the team accountable for ongoing projects so Fadi could focus on his clients, and not the day-to-day.

Mental Health Therapy Practice
Center for Valued Living is a mental health therapy practice that has grown to over 30 practitioners of varying levels. When we started working together, their administrative team was 2 people, one of those being the CEO.
We mapped out their administrative processes, and how their digital workspace needed to be laid out for optimal efficiency. As their admin team grew to over 8 people, the workspace grew with them.

Moving Company
Movely is a local moving company who came to us for virtual admin services. It didn't make sense for them to hire a full time, in person office manager, but they needed someone who could answer the phones.
Movely's tech stack was pretty solid, with many tools in the box. The outlier to this was their comms system. there was no good way to centralize client phone calls to a virtual admin.
After our research, we came across Ooma Office, a completely digital comms system that was both affordable, and easy to use in addition to the rest of their tech stack. We wrote up documentation and included in in their current SOPs.
